Wedding Bells Are Ringing

A Vegas Wedding
No, not mine, silly!  I went to Vegas for the weekend for my cousin's wedding.  It wasn't how I imagined--a fat Elvis as the priest and the smell of cigarettes in the air--it was normal!  Lights were strung around the courtyard and they got married in a gazebo!  A GAZEBO!  It all looked very fairy tale and lovely.  My cousin was crying as she walked down the aisle.  Too cute.

I wore a lace dress my sister bought me from H&M and had her do my nails to match.  We used Essie's "Topless and Barefoot" shade and then did a graduated glitter on the tips.  All in all, it was a really fun event.  Thanks, Nikki, for taking these photos of me!

Beach with my Beeches

Clothes

Grey Days
I had my Spring Break recently and my friends wanted to spend some of it in Santa Barbara to party hard.  We partied...moderately.  HA!  Anyway, they decided that it'd be fun to go to the beach.  Little did we know it was FREEZING out.  My little stick legs were trembling with cold.  No one was at the beach.  It was grey, cloudy, and sad.  Shorts were a bad idea.

Let Them Eat Cake
It's been warm and blustery lately in Los Angeles, meaning it's the perfect weather for tea!  My beautiful cousin, Elaine, recently got engaged and held a tea party in LA.  We were served a slew of different kinds of teas and given platters of cute tea sandwiches, scones, desserts and gossip (Mmm!  My favorite).  Played lots of cute bridal shower games--none of which I won.  But by the end I moaned about getting second place so much they gave me a centerpiece of flowers.  Haha!

Knew there was going to be quite a bit of walking, so I wore my comfy heels today.  I like them because they go well with my  current go-to summer dress.  Wore minimal makeup because I wanted a light, youthful look (AKA I was lazy).  My lovely sisters took all these photos, so a big thanks to them!  And excuse the awkward posing.  I'll get that whole "nonchalant, looking off into the distance, pretending to walk" pose down soon.  But for now, you get awkward smiles!
